Taller N (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tallern.com and the iOS and Android mobile application (Pratique TECFÉE) (the “Platform” or “Services”).
Data Collection
Our application is committed to limiting the collection of personal data to the email address and/or the user’s name only. This information is necessary to provide a personalized and secure experience.
Use of Email Address
The user’s email address will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
This information will be used exclusively for:
- Communications related to the application (updates and important notifications);
- User support;
- Subscription management (confirmations, renewals, cancellations, and billing);
- Integration with the payment platform Stripe to securely process payments.
Registration and Account
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Only one account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Available Plans
- Free Plan: Access to limited free modules with restrictions and advertisements displayed in certain sections.
- Premium Plan: Full unlimited access to all free and premium modules, as well as all features, without advertisements.
4.2 Pricing
- Every two weeks: $12.90 CAD
- Monthly: $18.90 CAD
- Every 3 months: $45.90 CAD
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.
4.3 Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion.
4.4 Refund Policy
In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1), you have a right of resolution in cases provided by law. For any refund request, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including source code, graphical elements, logos, and data collection logic — is the exclusive property of the Platform and is protected by applicable laws.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing these elements without written authorization;
- Reverse engineering or exploiting the internal logic of the system;
- Using scraping techniques or automated data extraction methods.
Access to the Platform grants you a personal, non-transferable right of use.
Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Share your account with others;
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Platform’s content;
- Use robots, scripts, or automated tools to access content;
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions;
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good conduct;
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
The Platform is not responsible for results obtained on the TECFÉE nor for your use of the educational content. We are not affiliated with the Quebec Ministry of Education or the organization responsible for the TECFÉE.
Interactions and Third-Party Advertising
We are committed to not collecting or using user interactions within the application for advertising purposes without prior and explicit consent.
Our Services may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads may use cookies and similar technologies but will not collect personal information.

Our Services may include audio content provided by third parties. We acknowledge the following contributor:

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, in case of violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Modifications to the Policy and Terms
We may update our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of them.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
