Taller N (« we », « us », or « our ») runs the tallern.com website and the Novena de Navidad mobile app for iOS and Android (the « Platform » or « Services »).

• App-related updates and important notifications.
• Customer support.

Sign-up and Accounts

Keep your info accurate when you sign up. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and need to let us know right away if someone else gets into your account. Only one account per person is allowed. We can suspend or close accounts if these rules are broken.

Plans

• Basic Plan: Limited free access with some restrictions and ads.
• Premium Plan: Full, unlimited access to everything, with no ads.

Pricing

• One-time payment: $4.90 USD

Prices are in US dollars and don’t include any applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the Platform—code, graphics, logos, and data logic—belongs to us and is protected by law.

You aren’t allowed to:

• Copy or share our stuff without written permission.
• Reverse engineer or mess with the system’s logic.
• Use bots or scraping to pull data.

Access to the Platform is just for your personal, non-transferable use.

Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account with others.
• Copy or redistribute our content.
• Use robots or automated scripts to access the app.
• Try to bypass security or access restrictions.
• Use the Platform for anything illegal or inappropriate.
• Harass or harm other users.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided « as is. » We can’t guarantee it’ll be error-free or that it will always be up and running.

We won’t use your app interactions for ads without your explicit consent. Our Services might show ads from third-party networks using cookies, but they won’t collect your personal info.

Third-Party Content

Our Services may include audio content from third parties.

Termination

We can suspend or cut off your access without notice if you break these rules. You can close your account whenever you want by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any legal issues will be handled in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
